Employee eTime hours not found to be imported

Issue/Symptom/Question

We have an issue where a user who is setup as a primary eTime administrator for a pay group cannot import all the timesheets entered and approved for that pay group, all the timesheets had been approved. The administrator was able to import and distribute all the timesheets entered by another user but, was not able to import those entered by these other users. The records are not showing up when trying to do the import.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The employee who created the eTime timecards (for themself or any other employee) will need to have the authorized administrator for the creating employee import their time. You'll need to review which pay group the employee who created the timecard belongs to and have that administrator import the missing employee's time OR add an alternate approve to the creating employee pay group.Â
