I would like to install the PWA (Progressive Web App) on my IOS or Android device.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

IOS Device Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to Safari on the iPad. Enter the URL for the version of TEP you want to install as a mobile app.
2. Log in.
3. Select the the TEP tile.
4. Select the Share Icon on the iPad.
5. Select the Add to Home Screen Option

6. When the app is installed, the Icon will appear as shown in the last picture.  The user should be able to open the app and log in as usual. 
   ** Upon first installation of the PWA on a IOS device the user may have to log out and then log back in, to get the app to run properly. (This is a known issue with IOS and currently has no fix.)

Android Device Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to the chrome browser on the tablet. Enter the URL for the version of TEP you want to install as a mobile app. 
2. Log in and select the TEP tile. 
3. Navigate to User Preferences. 
4. Notice the blue box at the top of the pop up. Select the 'download' hyperlink within that blue box to install the app.    (The blue box to install the app might take a while to appear.) 

5. When the Add to Home Screen pop up appears select 'Add'. 

6. The app will be added to your tablet as shown in the picture below. The user should be able to log in as usual.
