We have begun work in a new PA tax jurisdiction and the necessary Tax Collector is not in the system. How can we add a new PA Tax Collector in Penta?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
End users are not able to add Tax Collectors in PENTA, that is something that will need to be done by Team Penta's compliance team.
To get a new tax collector added in Penta please submit a service desk ticket and reference this ticket. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
The name of the tax collector and its current PA District.
The # of employees you currently have working in this district
The amount of time you expect to be working in this district
Any other PA district you work in and associated tax collector you report to
The tax collector's EIT and LST file formats (you will likely need to contact these tax collectors as an employer, most will not talk directly to Team Penta)
Please note: If the # of employees you have working in this new district is under the threshold for required electronic filing, you may be asked to go that route.
Cause
New tax collectors have to be added by Team Penta because each collector potentially has a unique requirement for the electronic files it will accept.
