How do I reassign an activity log to a different foreman for completion or to make changes?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Starting with PENTA 21.3, a new menu option granting the ability for someone to reassign the foreman on an activity log was introduced.

The Users that should reassign Activity Logs need to belong to the Security Group with access to do the reassigning.

The Users can then select the filter to show the activity logs eligible for reassigning.  Currently New and In Progress are the eligible status.

Click the cog on the Filter to select the Reassign feature.  Once the filter is set, search for the Activity Log

Click the Reassign feature for the Activity Log to reassign

Select the foreman to reassign and hit Save

Turn off the Reassign feature in the filter, when done reassigning Activity logs
