The AP remittance advice overflow report is not generating in the report monitor screen.

• Finance & Accounting > Set up > Form Information
• PENTA Reports > Report Monitor, Print, and View

Resolution/Fix/Answer

First look to see that your AP Form Setup has the Remittance Overflow Code = R

If equal to R, the report should be sitting in your Report Monitor, Print, and View window listed as REMITADVICE

NOTE: The report will only appear AFTER you have run the Complete AP Check Process. The check or advice will have a  “SEE REMITTANCE ADVICE” message in the "REMITTANCE TOTAL" section of the remittance.
