Resolution/Fix/Answer

There are a few ways that you can remove older Activity Logs from the TEP Activity Log list.

1.) The first way is based on date filtering. You can use the Begin Date filter at the top of the Activity Log List view and enter in a begin date - this will then remove from view all activity logs that have a date range ending before that date.

2.) The second way is based on status. You can go to the Filter Activity Logs search box, and click on the gearbox icon. This will open up an overlay, where there will be a list of statuses and a check box.

IF you un-check a checkbox for a certain status, then every Activity Log in that Status will no longer appear on your list.

3.) As far as Completed Activity Logs, there is also a special option in the overlay to temporarily display them for X number of days.

This is the first option in the screenshot above - Completed Activity Logs will then appear on your list for X number of days, after which they will no longer appear.

This can help keep the list manageable in size if the user wishes to view Completed Logs, but only recent ones.
