PENTA for Windows was just installed on my machine and I get the following pop up message when trying to enter screens.

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

PENTA for Windows (PfW)

Opening screens

Opening windows

Resolution/Fix/Answer

All the PENTA for Windows components were not installed when PENTA for Windows was installed.  You will need to uninstall PENTA for Windows and then install PENTA for Windows again.

If you used the PENTA Product Installer (PPI) to install PENTA for Windows, you can use the PPI to uninstall and install PENTA for Windows.

If you didn't use the PPI to install PENTA for Windows, uninstall and reinstall PENTA for Windows using these steps:

1 Using the Control Panel, Uninstall PENTA for Windows patch(es)

2 Using the Control Panel, Uninstall PENTA for Windows

3 Install PENTA for Windows, by right mouse clicking on the PENTA for Windows installer and select run as administrator

4 Install the PENTA for Windows patch(es) removed in step 1. Right mouse click on the PENTA for Windows patch installer and select run as administrator 
 

Cause 

All the PENTA for Windows components were not installed when PENTA for Windows was installed.
