Payroll Legacy Reports

If the Payroll Legacy report security settings listed below will not restrict a user from running or reviewing the information on the report, you can use the Report Authorization tab to limit the user's ability to access the report. Updates to this can be completed via System Management > Security > Define Users > Report Authorization > PR: Payroll Module.

PR Access Number: This value determines which payroll information the User can view through PENTA reports and windows within Project Management or Payroll.

1 (Access Non-Confidential Only) – The User can only view pay rate and salary information for non-confidential employees.
2 (Complete Access) – The User can view pay rate and salary information for all employees.

Includes Pay Rate: This indicates whether the report includes the employee's pay rate.

Shows Wages: This indicates whether the report includes the employee's wages.

Pay Group Security: This indicates whether Pay Group security can be used to limit a user's ability to run/review information on the report.

OU Security: This indicates whether OU Authorization can be used to limit a user's ability to run/review information on the report.
