I'm trying to change the Control Form Distribution By to a different user name but the user name is not listed when I click on the drop down button.

You have a few Options - (1-3) in order to update the User List on the Control Form when specifying a Specific User for the 'Distribution By'.

Make sure the new PENTA user is associated with an employee Id in PENTA

1. Click on the 'Refresh User List' Ad Hoc Task in order to update the Routing Form in AP01 - Active Forms

   1. Once you Refresh the User List, the Drop Down should be updated with the latest employee information.  Then, once you select the new employee/username, make sure to choose 'Update PENTA' so Penta can be updated.

2. Click on 'Copy Form' in order to copy the existing Distribution Approval Roles to a new Control Form

   1. Note: You will have delete the existing Control Form so that the new Control Form does not appear in AP01 - Duplicate Forms

3. Delete Existing Control Form and choose 'Create New Form' in AP01 - Create New Form
