How do I submit an idea for a PENTA product enhancement?

One designated contact at your organization is authorized to submit ideas to Penta.  If you are not sure who your contact is, please contact your Account Manager. 

1. Log into Penta's Service Desk portal. 

2. Click 

   on the bottom left side column. 

3. Click Product Ideas from the list.
   

4. Click on 

   Open

   

5. Fill out all required fields on the form.
