We need to add a user to an OnBase security group, how can we do that?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Security Groups in Penta  are tied to Security Groups in OnBase.

This means that the process to adding user security in Penta is the same as adding user security in OnBase.

Note: Once the security is changed in Penta, please allow for 24 hours for the change to take place in Penta. If you need the changes to take affect quicker, please log a ticket with Support requesting an IIS reset.
