I disposed of an asset in error - how can I remove the disposition?

Note -  prerequisite:  If the asset was originally disposed in a closed period, the user reversing the disposition must have security access to closed periods.

Note -  prerequisite:  User must have the Define User's Module Security for Fixed Assets' FA Module 'Allow Asset Disposition Reversal' setting set to "Y"

• Query the disposed asset - Status will be 'D'
• Click on the Disposition tab, and click on 'Reverse Asset Disposal' button
  
  

• Enter the disposition date required, and answer Yes to 'Do you want to continue' warning

Once this is done, the asset's disposition transactions will be reversed, and the asset status will revert to "A"
