We received the following error when attempting to generate the our monthly electronic unemployment report:

Error detected. Please call your Penta account representative.
PRR158 Function open_input_file
Failed to open file Si

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• The user who generated the ticket. 
• The state which was being generated when this error occurred.
