"We received the following error when attempting to upload our electronic SC Quarterly Unemployment file:
3 record should be the last record in the file. Submitter record is missing from the file. Totals record is missing from file."

Resolution/Fix/Answer
- This error indicates that the user is trying to submit a CSV file.
- Currently SC accepts multiple different file types for quarterly unemployment reporting.
- ICESA
- CSV
- EFW2.
- Penta only generates one type of file for unemployment: EFW2.
- In order to upload your Penta generated file in EFW2 format:
- the file needs to be saved as a .txt file
- "EFW2" needs to be selected in the "File Type" field on the SC website
