Saving the Indexing on a Document during Batch Processing

Issue/Symptom/Question

When Indexing an Invoice in Batch Processing does the Indexing save when moving to the next invoice?

  • Batch Scanning > Indexing

Resolution/Fix/Answer

A User must click 'Index' in order to save the Keyword that has been entered for the invoice during Batch Processing.  The saving of the indexing is not assumed when going to the next document.
