Issue/Symptom/Question

We have all of our rental schedules setup for a daily charge. If we transfer an asset to a job at 8:00 am, then the same day transfer that same asset to a yard at 3:00 pm, how does PENTA charge the rental rate? Does the last transfer get the charges for the day based on the daily schedule?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Client has Flat Rate Rental Schedule set up for calculation of rental charges. With the Flat Rate Rental Schedule, Penta calculates the monthly charge divided by the number of days per month. Penta does not break out the days per hours in the day.
