Illinois requires us to file a monthly unemployment report.  How do I do this? No idea where to even look for this report.

Generate report: Payroll > Monthly Reporting > Electronic Monthly Unemployment Wage Reporting

Grant access to window: System Management > Security > Security Groups

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Security access needs to be granted to navigate to the window. The window is located in Payroll > Monthly Reporting > Electronic Monthly Unemployment Wage Reporting. Note the items below for you reference. 

• The state of Illinois accepts two different kinds of file formats for electronic this reporting: CSV and ICESA
• The file generated out of the "Electronic Monthly Unemployment Wage Reporting" in PENTA is in a CSV Format. 

Cause 

User security did not have access to the window activated.
