The "Override Time" button us not available for some TEP users.  This feature allows foremen to override time clock time events (e.g. punch-ins).  This feature can be used to adjust early punch in time events (prior to the agreed shift start time) to an acceptable time.

Applies To

TEP 21.3.10 and higher, when using the Penta timeclock

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Access to the button is controlled by the module security parameter, "User can edit an existing PENTA timeclock record", in the Security Group and Define Users screens.  If a user does not see this button, check and this setting and adjust to "Y"es to grant the user access to the button.

Cause 

Settings in Penta for Windows are not configured.
