Issue/Symptom/Question

One of our users is reporting that the document detail is not printing correctly on the "GL by Account #" report. Page 1 of the attached document has the expected results and Page 2 is the results he's getting today. Why are there different results for this report?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

 Once a close is processed, PENTA summarizes the report information and removes the journal entry references.  

Cause

The first report was run prior to the period end close was processed. The second report was run after period end close was processed.
