Owner Change Order window functionality: Is it necessary to link the Owner Change Order to a Change Request or is this simply a reporting or record keeping function?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Owner Change Order window allows a user to create a record for a change to a job's original contract specifications. The Owner Change Order is just a way to link the Owners CO Id to 1 or more Change Request Ids. This is just for reporting and record keeping.
