I have a Dispatcher who is using the Hyland Office Upload button add-on with outlook (Outlook Integration).  It will upload the entire email, but not the picture.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

SCR #229346 was created to address the broken embedded images when uploading the Outlook Message as Ms Outlook Message File Format and is fixed in Version 18.
As a result, there a certain workarounds

• Import the Document as 'PDF' File Format which imports as an external .MSG resulting in opening the Message via Outlook
• Use the 'View in Native Format when you upload the message so it opens externally so the email is viewable.
  
• Return the Unity Client to the pre-17 behavior by disabling the Unity Client user option “Open email documents as images”. This will disable that internal viewer and the documents will open via the Outlook viewer.
