Inspection reports do not auto generate when they are work completed. The reports need to be manually generated

OnBase Inspection report with revisions

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1.) Open the OnBase Configuration Tool
2.) Click on Users and choose User Groups /Rights
3.) Identify which group the user that is having issues belongs to.
4.) Click to highlight the group from step 3
5.) Click the Privileges button
6.) Click to check the following 2 checkboxes under the Documents section.

•   View Revisions
•   Create Revisions
