During verification testing it was reported that an inspection report was not generating when a work order was completed. Why did the document not auto generate?

A reason why an Inspection Report does not automatically generate when the work order completed, is because there is not an automatic trigger setup for the Task being completed. The Inspection Report will then have to be manually generated using these instructions How do I manually generate an Inspection Report?

If you need the Inspection report to automatically generate when the work order is completed, you will have to submit a Service Desk ticket for a billable request to setup the automatic inspection report generation.
