Issue/Symptom/Question

When I open the Approve Documents for Employee Portal window, there are no documents to approve.  I just completed payroll so they should be there. 

Applies To

Payroll > Payroll Check Processing > Approve Documents for Employee Portal OR

Payroll > Centralized Check Processing > Approve Documents for Employee Portal

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The window opens in query mode. Perform a query in the Approve Documents for Employee Portal window to populate the window the documents you want to approve.
