OnBase: Document Viewer Sizing issue
Issue/Symptom/Question
Wherever a document is viewed in OnBase the document viewer is not utilizing the full allotted space.
Invoices are not sizing correctly to the viewer in OnBase.
Parts of invoice viewer showing up as black.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
When display scaling on workstation is set to a value higher than 100%, images render in the Unity viewer with a black border at right and bottom of image viewer.
To solve this problem, adjust the screen resolution on your laptop to 100% by going to 'Display' via your Windows Start Menu>>Adjust the 'Scale and Layout' text size. When you are finished you will need to log off of windows and back in again.
This scaling problem has been fixed in OnBase version 18.0.1.40.
