PENTA is down.  We cannot connect to PENTA.

Getting error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17147]

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Restarted the databases and no longer received the error.

Per Oracle Support: 

The error was:  ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17147]

IMPACT: PROCESS FAILURE MEMORY CORRUPTION, POSSIBLE INSTANCE FAILURE.

NON DATA CORRUPTIVE - No underlying data corruption.

SUGGESTIONS: Many are one time occurrences.  Have the hardware vendor check all system memory for possible errors.
