OnBase AP Routing Batch going to incomplete commit

Issue/Symptom/Question

After indexing the invoices, the batch is stuck in the Incomplete Commit Queue

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If all files are converted to AP - Invoices correctly, you will the auto-name string changes.  If you see a document that does not change, verify that the 'Invoice Date' is in it's correct format.

In the example below you see that the date year is not within it's correct format.  '0201'  The first digit cannot contain a '0' | 'zero'.


Once you verify that the date fields are all correct, you may wait a few minutes for the service to automatically commit the batch.  If the windows service is still not committing the batch, please submit a service desk ticket and reference this article.

"An error occurred within the Unity API: KeywordValueStruct has no value."
