User was trying to perform a process or make an update in PENTA and received an error or an hour glass "waiting" cursor.  

Error History information shows:

ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for a resource.

Any PENTA process or update

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Error occurs when a transaction times out while waiting for another one to finish.

Condition should clear itself and does not normally require any intervention.
