AP Routing Batch Error

Issue/Symptom/Question

Batch Timeout Error when trying to post a batch in OnBase AP Routing (AP04).  We have tried to Resubmit the batch, and we have tried to Recheck Interface Status.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Although there is not a limit or threshold for a set number of invoices you can tie to a batch because it depends on how many Purchase Order Change Orders are tied to the PO & Invoice, it is recommended to submit small batches to alleviate this. 

Cause 

From the error expressed, "The operation has timed out" which means OnBase was not able to get a return from PENTA in time to update OnBase.  In essence, too much data is being interfaced through OnBase into PENTA.
