We are unable to upload the unemployment file to Ohio for 2nd Qtr 19. The Ohio format needs to be ICESA format. Does the Electronic Quarterly Wage Report use the ICESA format?

The ICESA reporting format is the format that is produced when selecting the ED - Electronic Media Type.
