Does PENTA allow duplicate costcodes for a single project?

Yes, but the same costcode cannot exist on the same job, for the same cost type. 

Example:

Job Id 100

Cost Type L - Costcode 100

Cost Type M - Costcode 100

Cost Type L - Costcode 101

etc.
