When an Employee is logged into the portal on their phone they can't see all the information. Any advice on being able to view their pay stubs?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Employee Portal browser is best viewed on a computer or tablet browser.

• Have the users turn their phone so it is can be viewed in landscape mode
• Pop-up blocker needs to be disabled

If your employee is still unable to see their pay stub, please submit a Service Desk ticket and include the Employee ID this employee.
