Error Logging into Remote Desktop Server

Issue/Symptom/Question

While attempting to connect to the PENTA Remote Desktop Server, I'm receiving the below error message:

Remote Desktop Connnection

The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Computer Name/IP Address
  • User Id
