Issue/Symptom/Question

When we submit the PA-LST file, we get the following error:

No Tax collector has been established for OU 10 in
state PA for PA LST Annual Return Generation
for tax year 2018.

Payroll > Year End Processing > PA LST Annual Return Generation

Payroll > Setup > Taxes > State Tax Information 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The tax collector for Pittsburgh LST must be the City of Pittsburgh Treasurer as listed in the LOV selections available in the Tax Collector Info button on the State Tax Information screen for the OU submitting the file.
