Why am I getting parent key not found error message while doing the work order table drive interface?

Couldn't insert record:

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (PENTA.INTR_WOMSTR_MASTER_RK05) violated - parent key not found

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This error means one of the fields in the spreadsheet/file is not valid. Steps to troubleshoot:

1. Attempt to manually enter the first row of data from your spreadsheet directly into the Penta window. If a data element is not valid, PENTA will provide the appropriate error message, you can fix the data, and try again
2. If no errors are provided, please double check the data fields in your spreadsheet, to ensure the following:
   1. Double check there are no special characters that PENTA would not allow. Examples of this would be an extra comma or single/double quotation marks
   2. Double check to ensure there is no extra space before or after the field value. If there is an extra space after the field, PENTA may reject this
