How to exclude hours from union fringe benefit calculations?

Payroll>Setup>PTO, Hours Classifications Codes and Overtime Rules>Hour Classification Codes

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Navigate to the Hour Classification Codes window (Payroll>Setup>PTO, Hours Classifications Codes and Overtime Rules>Hour Classification Codes)
2. Query all Hour Classification Codes
3. For each Hour Classification Code that should be exempt from fringe benefit calculations, uncheck the 'Fringe Basis Hours' checkbox.

Cause

Certain hour classifications such as vacation, may be except from union fringe benefit calculation. PENTA needs to be configured to avoid having fringe benefits from calculation on certain hour classifications
