When opening a PENTA window I got the following error:

An internal problem has been detected while executing this menu item. Please contact PENTA customer support immediately and give them this information.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• User ID of the user experiencing the error
• Window user is attempting to open 

Cause 

Linux user is not set up correctly
