While attempting to generate a ADP Paydata file, using the 'Autolink v3.0' file format, I am receiving the below error message:

Error:
A cross reference row could not be found for Hour Class 3 Hour Type R

Applies To

Create ADP Paydata File (Payroll>Payroll Check Processing>Create ADP Paydata File)

ADP Hours Class Cross Reference (Payroll>PTO, Hours Classification Codes and Overtime Rules>ADP Hours Class Cross Reference)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

When receiving this error message, please double check you have a record in the ADP Hours Class Cross Reference window, which maps the PENTA hour class/hour type to a valid ADP hour class/hour type. This error indicates a hour class/hour type combination was not properly setup in the ADP Hours Class Cross Reference window
