MFS users do not see any documents when they select the Document Preview button on the MFS WO Details screen.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Documents that generate with the completion of a WO visit can vary from Summary of Work to various Inspection related documents.  In order to preview the documents, like an Inspection, the trigger that tells the document to be created needs to exist.  Please log a Support ticket indicating which of the of Documents should be made available for preview.  The trigger will be enabled which will add the document to the MFS Document Preview list.  Once enabled, Techs can preview the document and confirm accuracy, or make changes if inaccurate, prior to submitting the WO as complete.
