When attempting to add a job line item in the schedule of values window, I am receiving the below error:
Required Field:
Field Entry Required for "Sales Account".
Environment
- PENTA for Windows
- Schedule of Values window (Project Management>Owner Contract Information>Schedules of Values)
Resolution/Fix/Answer
This error indicates that the Sales Account field in the Schedule of Values window is null, and needs to be entered. This field may be hidden if you have customized the grid view in the Schedule of Values window. To display a hidden column, follow the steps below
- Right click ANY column header, and select the 'Select Visible Columns' item
- Make sure Sales Account is selected
- Enter the required Sales Account field
