We imported the Estimate Worksheet, and are trying to post it. The batch is in balance and the user is set up as a Home Office user.  Why are we getting the following error when the batch and Job Control Totals are all in balance?

   There are no balanced jobs that you are authorized to post.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Occasionally, one of the control totals fields acquires the wrong bal_ctrl_num and Penta recognizes this as an error.  
Once you have verified that all of the Amount, Hours, and Units fields are completely correct, placing a zero value entry in an existing zero amount field will re-set the trigger.  
As a work around fix, you can manually enter a zero (0.00) in one of the Job Control Totals fields, and Penta will re-set and post the batch.
