The technician is trying to add a piece of equipment using the barcode scanner, but is receiving the following error:

Error occurred: Error Domain=AVFoundationErrorDomainCode=-11852 "Cannot use Back Camera"

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The MFS app does not have access to the iPad camera. 

1. Open the iPad Settings
2. Scroll down on the left navigation pane until you find the MFS application
3. Click on it, and to the right, make sure it has access the Camera
