Extra Rows Added to Workbench Excel Export

Issue/Symptom/Question

When I export from Workbench to Excel there are 12 extra rows added above the start of the table of data.

Workbench v36 and above

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The extra rows were added to facilitate the new functionality to include a header in your exported report.   

The extra rows can be deleted manually from the Excel file after exporting

NOTE: The Include Report Header set to No still has the blank rows but excludes Header information
