Each year end, we remove access to the Forecast Entry to all but Corporate Financial managers. However, this year our PMs discovered that even though they did not have access to the window from the Penta menu, they did from within the PRFE window.

Project Management > Inquiries > Project Review & Forecast Entry

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Review security setting by taking the following steps:

1. Navigate to System Management > Security > Security Groups
2. Query the Security Group needing to be updated
3. Review the security setting in Project Management > Forecast & Completion Entry > Forecast Entry - if the Forecast Entry window is not crossed out with a red X then double click on the window to block future use.
   
4. Review the security setting in Project Management > Workbenches > Project Administration > Other Windows > Forecast & Completion Information > Forecast Entry - if the Forecast Entry window is not crossed out with a red X then double click on the window to block future use.
