I've reviewed Penta's column options, & while I see several Gross Pay type totals, I don't see a column for an employee's Hrly Rate. It's obviously calculating something since a Gross Total is noted, so how do we get this to show?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Hourly Rate is displayed below by the Employee Name in the left corner of the window, and depends on the Payroll Access for the User viewing the window.
 

The Hourly Rate field can be hidden if the Payroll Access of the User creating the batch doesn't have Appropriate Access to see the Employee's Hourly Rate.  Example, a User with Payroll Access Level 1 cannot view confidential employee pay rate info.  When the User enters time for a confidential employee, the Hourly Rate will not display.

Payroll Access of 0 - hide all employee hourly rates

Payroll Access of 1 - hide confidential employee hourly rates, but display non-confidential

Payroll Access of 2 - display all employee hourly rates, including confidential employees
