When attempting to view the AR Statement report, I am receiving the below error message:

Please support the development of GSview by registering it.

Environment

• PENTA for Windows
• PENTA Reports by Module
• GS View

Resolution/Fix/Answer

You can go ahead and click Ok, that will pull up the report image.
The program used to view the check is not a Penta Product but a free download. Adobe has a similar product (Acrobat Distiller), but it is not free. We recommend reviewing this issue with your internal IT team as they should be able to provide some recommendations for viewing this file type.
