I have to generate the Annual 940 Fed UC and State UC reports. How do I generate them out of Penta?

PENTA Reports by Module > Payroll > Taxes > Form 940 Audit OR PENTA Reports > Report Initiation > Payroll > Taxes>  Federal > Form 940 Audit

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• Navigate to PENTA Reports by Module > Payroll > Taxes > Form 940 Audit
• Enter the Report Year
• Enter any other information to limit the information being returned on the report:

Once the report is submitted, PENTA produces the completed 940 Report. Print the report and submit as needed.
