Retention Rules Template - Can you explain to me exactly how this window functions within the system?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Retention Rules Template allows for the creation of a template to copy from for the Field Entry values in the Job Retention Popup located on the Invoicing Tab of the Job Information window.

The Rules to copy from a Template are based on:

1) Billed Amount

2) Percentage Complete

Fixed Retention Percentage is a Job by Job setup and not copied from a template.
