How do I change a folder name in OnBase

Environment

OnBase Client

Unity Client

OnBase Configuration

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Log into the OnBase Server to access the OnBase Configuration tool.
2. Open up the OnBase Configuration tool as a MANAGER user.
3. Select Document ===> Folder Types
   
   
4. Open the File Cabinet to display the folder tree
   
   
   
5. Click on Folder to be re-named
6. Choose Auto-Name tab
7. Enter new display name in top entry box
8. Click Save
   

NOTE:   The OnBase application pools will need to be reset for this to take effect in the Unity or Web Clients
