Issue/Symptom/Question

The WO ID is required...this has not been required in the past when entering a purchasing order. But, it is now. NO system options have been changed. Why is the pop-up window showing up?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Work Order Id (WO Id:) field is optional until an entry to any field that makes this field required. In the screenshot below, the WO OU Id: is populated therefore, the WO Id: becomes required. Deleting the WO OU Id: will make the WO Id: field optional.
